Care Assistant Job Opportunity – Unique Senior Care - Southam ***Apply now or call 01789 453838 *** Up to £12.00 per hour, based near Southam Police Station. All-in-one Domiciliary Care - no commuting between clients. Flexible shifts: Early (6:45am–3pm), late (3pm–10pm), alternate weekends. Benefits: Holiday pay, increases with hours worked, additional week after 10 years. Loyalty bonuses: 25p/hour raise after 1 year, 50p after 3 years, 75p after 5 years. Pension scheme at 3%. £500 reward for successful friend referrals. Birthday off (provided no sickness absence within the year).
