If so, Milestone Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant in SEND to work with a partnered school in Birmingham. Join our committed team in an environment where your impact on children's educational journeys is both valued and vital. Responsibilities: Ensure an inclusive environment by providing personalised support for students with diverse educational needs and disabilities. Monitor student progress and contribute to EHCP assessments. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to enhance students' academic and personal development. Encourage student involvement in school activities and facilitate social interactions. Manage classroom behaviour and provide support during crises. Requirements: Must possess an Enhanced DBS check. Previous experience within a school setting is required. A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching or education qualification is desirable but not essential.
