1:1 support

Focus on developing students' academic and social skills to achieve key milestones.
Essential Requirements: A
1:1 or 2:1 degree in a core subject
from a leading UK university. Previous experience supporting SEN students is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team. Proactive, creative, and confident in managing challenging behaviours. Commitment to supporting student development and attainment.
