Respite Carer
We are currently advertising on behalf of a family looking for respite care for their elderly mother (95+).
A caring, friendly, attentive individual with previous care experience is sought. The ideal individual will be close to Felsted, Essex.
Days and hours are flexible:
Potential days available for care: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Two afternoons a week or one day - 10-12 hours in total.
£13 an hour. This is a self-employed opportunity.
Main responsibilities:
Providing care and stimulation in the home environment
Preparing and serving client meals and snacks
Helping or supervising client dressing, grooming, and toileting
Washing clothes and other basic household jobs as and when required
Organising suitable recreational activities for the patient
Client details:
Limited mobility
No specific medical needs
Gardening / wildlife enthusiast - enjoys the outdoors
Location:
Felsted, Essex
Previous care experience is essential.
