Influencing a significant change in the education sector, Lexia is raising the standard in alternative provision – changing the lives of young people everywhere. Join our incredible community – enabling a generation of young learners to break through. 1:1 Mentors are desperately needed to work with children and young people “at risk” of adverse outcomes for the future.

Full-time and permanent opportunities are immediately available, working in the same school, with the same young person – your impact will be immediate and significant.

Able to fit your personal life and interests around the incredible work you will be doing, you will have a life balance and minimal travel involved.

Lexia Mentors are called upon to “intervene” where previous provisions have failed and positive, inspiring and relatable role models, are needed to engage these often hard-to-reach young people.

The therapeutic aspects of sport, physical exercise, music and dance, are all ways our Mentors find common ground and inspire this vulnerable group of young learners.

Proud of our vibrant and inclusive community, the specialist work we undertake is changing the lives of young people.
