About the role of Project Director: Working on major commercial office fit out projects valued around £40 - £70 million, with a focus on CAT A and CAT B fit out.
Responsibilities for Project Director: Monitoring build progress overseeing finance and ensuring quality Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Requirements for Project Director: Experience working as a Project Director on commercial fit out projects valued up from £40 - £70 million Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out experience Experience working from tendering to pre-construction through to delivery
