Childrens Home Registered Manager . Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain high standards of care and support for young people. Work closely with external partners, including The Princes Trust, to open doors to opportunities for young people in your care. Support staff development, including mentoring those pursuing Level 5 qualifications. Manage on-call duties and collaborate with your Deputy Manager to ensure smooth operations across both homes. Childrens Home Registered Manager

with a background in managing complex needs. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Confidence in working with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.
