* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
* Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage project budgets and ensure accurate reporting.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Commercial build Site Manager, ideally with projects of similar value.
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
* Strong organizational and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Full UK driving license (essential)
