Role Purpose: In this role, you will own the Packaging Category sourcing strategy and manage a sourcing lead. You will be a procurement change leader, driving high-level functional transformation for the category. Implementing best practice procurement processes tailored for business needs. You will be accountable and responsible for leading the Packaging strategy to optimise growth, environmental/social targets, cost and quality, whilst mitigating supply failure risks and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Leadership:

Manage team performance and development, ensuring KPI alignment and a positive team culture. Category Management:

Drive strategic category management across 90 suppliers, maximising supplier value and cross-functional opportunities. Process Enhancement:

Streamline procurement processes, implement governance frameworks, and lead sourcing changes to boost efficiency. Supplier Relationship Management:

Develop and deploy SRM frameworks to enhance supplier performance, innovation, and sustainability. Risk & Sustainability:

Support ESG strategy, managing supplier risk and transparency. Business Partnership:

Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with stakeholders to expand the proposition and drive procurement transformation.
