Tradewind are looking to appoint an EYFS Lead on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 2-form entry primary school. This London based primary school is looking to appoint a strong Teacher to join their EYFS team from March 2025 to cover a maternity leave on a full-time basis. The role is class based and will involve teaching a Reception class and leading the EYFS team. About the school:
• 2 form entry mainstream school • Friendly and supportive environment • Rated 'Good' in the last Ofsted inspection • Strong support for pupils with SEN needs
About the role:
• Monitor teaching and learning in the year group • Support and lead the EYFS team • Facilitate training for staff • Differentiate learning materials to ensure each pupil benefits • Attend weekly staff meetings
Requirements:
• Must have UK recognised QTS • Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum • Have some leadership experience • Must be available full-time and long-term from September
