Your new company is a large National Main Contractor, one of the UK's leading Construction and Property Development businesses.
My client has entered into a PCSA for the largest Passivhaus scheme in the Student Accommodation sector, consisting of 1,700 new build units and the refurbishment of 300 existing units. Buildings will range in height from 3 to 8 storeys, with construction expected to start in July 2025.
The ideal candidate will have excellent Main Contractor experience across large New Build schemes, preferably with Tier 1 contractors. A degree-qualified background is essential, along with examples of previous work history on projects of a similar value.
