An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in the role of Decision Support Analyst, with the post holder being an integral part of the expanding Business Intelligence and Value team. The post holder will utilise a full suite of key financial performance indicators, specifically focusing upon financial aspects of the performance management, reporting and performance improvement of the Health Board. Specifically, leadership, co-ordination and challenge as part of benchmarking exercises. Also, the financial aspects, particularly through the Time Driven Activity Based Costing approach, of the Value Based Health Care method, projects and team that are being developed within the Health Board. The post holder will also need to acquire or develop other data sources to support these, including both the input from and output to, other clinical and data management systems across the Health Board. The role will also contribute to the development of holistic views of financial performance across all sectors of the Health Board including Primary, Community, Secondary Care and Mental Health.
