Deal Desk Leader (GPU as a Service)

We’re currently looking for a Deal Desk Leader to support our ‘GPU as a Service’ activities.

About the Role

As well as hitting both revenue and margin targets, this dynamic and high-impact role is central to NScale’s mission of becoming the go-to destination for organisations who wish to rent or supply GPUs as a Service. You’ll lead strategic pricing, deal structuring, and supply chain optimisation to drive growth in our Public Cloud GenAI infrastructure business. Your work will bridge sales, finance, and operations to maximise revenue and margins while fostering long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deal Economics & Pricing Strategy

Develop and maintain sophisticated pricing models that account for market dynamics, supply constraints, and competitive positioning

Structure creative deal solutions that maximize margins while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

Analyze utilisation patterns and consumption metrics to optimise resource allocation and pricing tiers

Create and manage deal desk playbooks, pricing guidelines, and approval matrices

Supply Chain Optimisation

Partner with demand partners to forecast GPU availability and pricing trends

Monitor and analyse supply chain risks and opportunities

Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and optimise inventory levels

Build and maintain relationships with key GPU service providers.

Being responsible for the revenue and margin targets for contracts flowing through the deal desk.

Provide leadership and deal guidance and pricing support to your sales team

Review and approve complex deal structures and non-standard terms

Create sales enablement materials to help communicate value proposition and pricing rationale

Coach sales teams on negotiation strategies and deal optimisation

Track competitive offerings, pricing trends, and market dynamics

Analyse win/loss data to refine pricing and deal structure approaches

Develop and maintain dashboards for key performance metrics (HubSpot)

Generate regular reports on deal pipeline, margins, and revenue forecasts

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with Finance and Legal to streamline deal processes

Partner with Product Management to align pricing with product strategy and roadmap

Work with the Partner & Alliances and Direct Sales Teams to ensure deal structures support customer objectives.

About You

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technology deal desk, pricing, or related functions

A strong, and proven, track record in fast paced, target achievement in, *as a Service sales.

Deep understanding of infrastructure economics and cloud computing business models

Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and data analysis

Proven track record of structuring complex deals and optimising margins

Experience with GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, and related technologies

Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI infrastructure or high-performance computing industries.

Familiarity with GPU architecture and AI workload requirements.

Background with major cloud providers or AI infrastructure companies.

Understanding of GPU supply chain dynamics and procurement strategies.

hybrid

working model in 2025 as we look to secure a modern office space in London.
