Night Manager – Albion Hotel

Night Manager Situated at the edge of the sea and overlooking Freshwater Bay, the brand new tastefully refurbished Albion Hotel offers some of the best views the Isle of Wight has to offer. We are looking for a Night Manager to join our wonderful team at the Albion Hotel. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for the hotel operations during the night shift, which runs from 7:30 PM to 8 AM. You will oversee the night team and ensure that all tasks and duties are completed to the highest standards. This includes the setup of the restaurant, cleaning of communal areas, any additional overnight maintenance jobs, checking people in/out, and ensuring invoices are ready. The ideal candidate: Experience in a similar night or reception role. Excellent knowledge of the hotel business. Previous hospitality experience is essential. Good computer skills and knowledge. Positive attitude, friendly and genuine manners. Able to work under pressure. Great team player. Natural desire to go the extra mile. We offer a sensible shift pattern of 4 days on / 4 days off with shifts from 7:30 PM – 8 AM and a very competitive salary of £25,000.00 P/A for full-time plus an equal share of tips depending on hours worked.
