large-scale MEP projects in Scotland , you will work with true experts who will share their knowledge and provide support, encouragement, and invaluable feedback so you never stop learning. What you'll be doing As a MEP Senior Project Manager, you will lead the MEP Services for construction projects throughout Scotland, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, from bid package development to subcontractor management, ensuring materials are delivered on schedule and overseeing the completion of quality control programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead the project management team for MEP services, ensuring efficient planning and execution. Oversee project schedules, submittals, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and services. Drive quality control, sustainability, and loss prevention initiatives. Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider construction team. Conduct preconstruction meetings and progress reviews to maintain project excellence. Manage change proposals, RFIs, and as-built documentation. Who we're looking for Experience : Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally with a background in MEP building services or construction management, with a focus on education/school building projects being highly desirable. Qualifications : A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, MEP Building Services, or equivalent experience. Skills : Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and project timelines.
