(Expected 12 month duration) The Find & Fix campaign is primarily focused on inspection and replacement of tertiary steelwork across the entire platform in accordance with the Company and Client procedure. Tasks:
Act as the primary interface between the Find & Fix team, Onshore Structural Integrity team and Client Offshore Inspection Engineer. Carry out initial inspection, observing condition and makes preliminary interpretation to determine the repair requirements in accordance with the Client standard repair methodology and criteria. Perform integrity assessments on in-service pipework and the associated risks with undertaking repairs on pipe supports. Liaise with Onshore Structural Integrity team. Responsible for updating inspection reports, repair trackers and QA/QC documentation. Responsible for team supervision and ensuring all activities are completed in compliance with HSE requirements. Coordinate all planned Find & Fix works with Client Offshore Representative. Interface with Company Onshore Project Engineer to ensure effective workscope execution. Responsible for general equipment and material management on site. Observe site safety and permit requirements. Qualifications and Experience:
ASME Plant Inspector Level 1 or API minimum PCN Ultrasonic certificate (3.1,3.2) Experienced in all aspects of NDT inspection, anomaly management and repair orders. Supervisory experience and comfortable managing small Find & Fix teams. Must be able to manage short notice change in work scopes and key priorities. Highly organised and able to meet deadlines. Provide accurate and detailed progress reporting to onshore engineer. Excellent working knowledge of the Bilfinger BMS. IT literate, successful applicant must be proficient in excel to aid planning and carrying out detailed surveys. Must be able to demonstrate strong safety ethic, leadership and man-management skills.
