We are now seeking an Associate Engineer to work alongside our Regional Account Managers to help them achieve year on year revenue and margin growth targets as well as assigned account development goals and objectives. This is a varied role with a steep learning curve, and you will be expected to learn the technicalities of our products and applications. What will you be doing?

As an Associate Engineer, you will be in a customer-facing role. The primary responsibilities of this role will be: Supporting the mentor from the Technical Business Development group in providing technical and applications credibility during customer interactions that help support the ESI roadmap to revenue process and the LOB strategic objectives. Being the technical bridge between the LOBs/BUs and the sales team. Providing feedback on customer insights to the Technical Business Development group and LOB/BU teams from a technology perspective. Creating and executing, together with the mentor from the Technical Business Development group, robust product trial plans with customers, defining testing criteria and establishing how success will be measured. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, with specific credentials in an engineering curriculum, two years of industry-related experience, and proficiency both verbally and written in the English language. What competencies will you need?

Strong communication skills - written and verbal Ability to multitask - a 'can do' attitude Availability to travel between 50-75% of the time Ability to quickly understand and identify issues while troubleshooting technical matters Proven project management and scheduling skills are an advantage Ability to prepare for emerging customer needs, manage multiple projects, and determine project urgency in a meaningful and practical way We are Offering...
