Some of us are on a well-deserved holiday but we'll be back later in January to review your application thoroughly. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a Happy New Year! What you tell your friends you do: “I make sure our customers are set up for success and help them unlock the full potential of Aize.” What you really will be doing: Guiding customers through the preboarding process, ensuring their data is ready for action before ingestion. Collaborating with customers to adapt their data to Aize to meet their specific needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly our data build and commercial teams, to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing satisfaction. Transforming engineering data into actionable insights for global energy clients. Sharing insights with our product team to ensure our platform continues to address evolving customer needs. How you will be doing this: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during preboarding and onboarding, leading delivery discussions and providing technical guidance. Conduct data readiness assessments and advise customers on best practices for data preparation. Participate in Account teams, collaborating with Commercial, Product, and Customer Success Leads to align strategies and monitor progress. Facilitate workshops and meetings to address technical roadblocks and agree on configuration details. Share insights from customer engagements to help shape Aize’s product roadmap. Team: You’ll be the first addition to the Delivery Department and play a critical role in shaping its future. As such, there will likely be a lot of firsts and the team will likely grow over the next few years, providing several opportunities for growth within it. You'll collaborate closely with other departments across Aize, including Product, Build, and Customer Success, to contribute to the success of our customers and the entire product ecosystem. Who we think you are: Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid of exploring new territory while doing things for the first time. Experienced in navigating complex delivery environments and working with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable with large industrial projects in industries like energy, automotive, or aerospace. Genuinely interested in IT systems, data structures, and integration patterns. A clear communicator with a commercial mindset, ready to align technical delivery with customer needs. Excited about working cross-functionally to solve real-world challenges with cutting-edge technology. We offer: Competitive salary. A beefy MacBook Pro or equivalent laptop running Windows. Tech talks, lunch and learns. Pension contributions, travel reimbursements, and comprehensive insurance. Access to our private health clinic. Flexible work setup (each team usually meets in the office two days a week). Relocation support. Opportunities to learn through skilled sparring partners. 25 days of paid leave, with options to use a few days in our cabins at Gaustablikk, Beitostølen, Hafjell, Tjøme, etc. Opportunities to attend events and learn something new. Standard perks such as a free phone plan, broadband at home, hardware, gym access, beer, ping pong tables, great lunch, team activities, and awesome parties.
