Operational buying of material and plant requirements for a major rail project.
Ensure projects receive material orders to the required quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
Negotiate with suppliers that are not covered by frameworks.
Support operational teams with day-to-day challenges on contracts.
Maximise the use of framework agreements to ensure savings and rebates are achieved.
