Salary:
£40-45,000 plus Car or Allowance, Bonus, 25 days holiday, Plus overtime on Saturdays

Mon-Fri 47.5 hours per week, 7.00am to 5.30pm, Alternate Paid Saturdays in Summer ROLE:
Site Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Operations This is a hands-on position where you will oversee operations and maintenance on-site and manage a team. In this role, you will ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are complied with. You will work on machinery and assist in maintenance and reduction of downtime. You will also be involved in working within budgets and maintaining cost control, as well as monitoring site performance against KPIs. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: You will have experience in a Supervisory or Management role in the Waste, Quarry, or Agriculture sectors within an operational environment with large mobile and static plant equipment in operation. You will possess excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team. You will demonstrate effective man management. Qualifications: WAMITAB COTC / Certificate of Technical Competence / COTC NEBOSH or IOSH Mechanical Engineering / Welding / Fabrication / Electrical Engineering Mobile Plant Licences – Loading Shovel / 360 / Telehandler VAC REF NO.:
