Senior Race Strategy Analyst
to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. This role is responsible for supporting the race team to deliver the optimum race outcome at each event, both at the track and through management of factory support. This includes guiding the development of bespoke strategy tools and analysis methods, as well as ensuring the continuous improvement of operational processes at the factory and at the track. This role is also responsible for providing engineering support for car development, looking at future regulations and their impacts on race strategy. Working closely with the Head of Race Strategy & Tyre Performance to define the department strategic direction and plan projects around available resources. Supporting the race team in race weekend optimization and management during the event (either trackside or from the factory). Guiding development of race strategy tools, methods, and infrastructure. Guiding development of competitor analysis tools. Continuously improving operational processes at the track and the factory. Providing support and mentoring to junior members of the team.
