Our client, a global SaaS business in the Automotive industry, is transforming the way their clients operate their businesses and transact online. You will need to have experience with a
strong focus on UX and consumer experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop product roadmaps, balancing complex client requirements against wider omnichannel commerce themes. Prepare collateral/updates to embed a strong eCommerce culture across both our organization and our clients. Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to improve conversion and represent the voice of the customer. Manage key partners and ensure optimal performance from partner integrations. Consult with Technical Strategy/Delivery teams on future developments. Specification: Passionate about emerging technology and able to communicate its value engagingly. Data-driven with a creative, consumer-centric approach. Experience in supporting/leading client workshops and driving partners to improve processes. Appreciation of web development technologies. Pro-active, self-starter with excellent communication skills. Ability to make pragmatic decisions under pressure and instill a clear vision within delivery teams. Strong commercial prioritization skills and entrepreneurial approach to work. Experience in breaking complex problems into phases and iterating towards a goal.
