Please note: this job is only available to current employees of Lancaster University An exciting new role within the Colleges has been developed. The role creates an exciting opportunity to play an important management role in the University and will help deliver the unique Lancaster College experience. The role will provide strategic operational management of the colleges to deliver an outstanding student and staff experience that aligns with and fully supports the wider collegiate vision and values to support our ‘Community of Communities', driving improvements and consistency. We are looking to recruit someone into this role who is enthusiastic and excited about our unique college system, bringing core leadership skills to directly line manage College Managers, driving best practice with innovative and efficient solutions. The role will report to the Dean for Colleges and will work collaboratively with college stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient, and equitable operation of college offerings. This role is permanent and full time; you will need to work flexibly, including weekends and unsociable hours as needed.
