What will I do?
You will ensure that the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight, carrying out night audits and duty management duties whilst ensuring that all guests receive the highest standards of guest service. Minimum Requirements
Previous experience within a front office, reception or front of house position, or equivalent. People management experience. Quality & standards driven. Outstanding customer service skills. About Us
