to join our industry-leading Water Sector team. This role can be based at any of our UK & Ireland offices, with hybrid working allowing for a mix of home and office work. Your responsibilities will include conducting advanced modelling of clean water networks, using data analysis to provide valuable insights for optimising water network performance, and working with the team to drive innovation within clean water network modelling. Our Water Networks team works with the majority of UK & Ireland water companies, and our discipline has continued to grow in recent years. We have successfully secured key frameworks for AMP8 and are committed to expanding our service offerings, focusing on innovation and best practices, and providing integrated service delivery. As a member of our collaborative team, you will: Lead the technical delivery of water network modelling, network management, and optimisation projects and programmes, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. Leverage your experience in water network modelling and management to shape methodologies and solutions, driving best-in-class outcomes. Mentor junior team members, developing their technical and non-technical skills to support their career growth and the team's development. Contribute to training initiatives and coordinate wider training efforts. Ability to lead impact assessments, growth studies, and optimization projects. Advanced data analysis skills for water balance and network data. Expertise in hydraulic modelling software (e.g., InfoWorks, SynerGi, InfoWater, ArcGIS). Experience in asset risk assessment, client liaison, business development, and report writing. A relevant degree; postgraduate degree and chartership are preferred.
