Collaborate across teams to deliver products that make a tangible difference on construction sites. Play a key role in identifying and negotiating reseller agreements to expand market reach. Requirements About You: Proven experience in product development or engineering, ideally with a focus on safety, construction, or materials handling. Strong design and problem-solving skills, with expertise in CAD design. A creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
