An opportunity to join a growing Lloyd's syndicate. Responsible for the negotiation and agreement of direct policy wordings and reinsurance contracts. Classes of business will include Property, Specie, PV, Construction, Marine Cargo, and others. A thorough understanding of these classes of business will be required.
Regular liaison with Underwriters, Clients, and Brokers, maintaining Contract Certainty check records, and attendance at LMA Wordings Committees. Also, you will have a good understanding of FCA rules and guidelines, regulatory requirements, and International Standard Form Wordings.
