Mercedes-Benz of Canterbury Monday to Friday 08:00-17:20 At Lookers Mercedes-Benz of Canterbury, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Warranty Advisor to join our growing team, processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards. You will ensure accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis, in addition to monitoring daily, weekly and monthly warranty reports. As Warranty Advisor, you will report to the reputable Will Bailey, who will guide you with their expertise and experience to allow you to be successful in your role, whilst developing your skill set with the wider team to establish a strong career within the automotive industry. Our Warranty Advisors support the day-to-day running of the department, overseeing the warranty process from start to finish with diligence and accuracy, to ensure we provide a first-class level of service. Responsibilities

Examine completed warranty repair orders Prepare claim forms and supporting material Ensure maximum return from the manufacturer for all warranty work including the issue of credit notes and associated paperwork Review warranty reporting systems with the line manager to identify improvements where possible and administer warranty policy in the best interests of Mercedes-Benz of Brighton, manufacturer, and customer Inputting the manufacturer’s warranty payments, return of warranty parts to manufacturer and reconciliation of warranty schedule Keep accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions toward goodwill claims Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and has the ability to build and develop relationships with customers, colleagues and manufacturers. You’ll be self-motivated with a friendly yet professional manner, ambitious and enthusiastic, and can work well under pressure to meet deadlines with diligence and accuracy. Having previous experience as a Warranty Administrator and experience on SYSTEMS is essential/desirable. About Us
