We have an opportunity for a Machine Shop Manager to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will lead the work within the machine shop to produce and deliver high precision components for use in motorsport applications. Management and responsibility of the Machine Shop Team, including setting objectives and targets. Ensure machine shop work is carried out to high standards and on schedule. Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce parts with accuracy and precision. Review and optimize machine shop processes, including tooling selection and utilization. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements within the machine shop. Work with design engineers to review and improve component manufacturability. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role. For more detail, salary and company information, use the apply link.
