Grow Your Career: Coach and develop team members while working in a high-growth, globally respected brand. As our FP&A Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to deliver robust, forward-looking financial projections. Collaborating with the leadership team to align projections with business strategies. Continuously improving financial modelling tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Partnering with the Management Accounting team to ensure accurate financial data underpins all budgeting and forecasting activities. Supporting the preparation of monthly Board reports, providing financial insights and performance analysis. Assisting with month-end close processes when required. Driving Power BI adoption across internal teams and ensuring data integrity. Supporting strategic initiatives by providing thorough business case analysis, from commercial projects to back-office investments. About You What We’re Looking For:

Professional accounting qualification (CIMA or ACA preferred). Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Strong technical expertise with financial modelling tools and reporting platforms (Power BI experience is a plus). Exceptional ability to simplify complex data and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and inspire team members. Adaptability and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
