Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges Spot Business Manager As a Spot Senior Manager at Honeywell, in Aberdeen, you will be responsible for leading and driving the growth of the Spot business. Spot is a cutting-edge industrial software solution that leverages real-time data to optimize operational efficiency and drive business outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute small Projects (Spots), identify market opportunities, and drive customer adoption of Spot. Your leadership skills, strategic thinking, project management skills and ability to navigate complex business environments will be essential in achieving success. In this role, you will impact the digital transformation journey of our customers, enabling them to unlock the full potential of their operations and drive business growth. You will report directly to our Regional Project Management Leader and you'll work out of our Aberdeen location on a Hybrid (3+) work schedule. Key responsibilities Lead and drive the growth of the Spot business Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets (Spot jobs execution) Identify market opportunities and drive customer adoption of Spot (Change orders, Upsell) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of Spot (together with Sales, Engineering, Support) Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement: turning orders to revenue, forecasting accuracy, deliver as per expectation and further acceleration, margin improvements, cash collection.
