Electrical Associate Director - To £100K + Package + Equity

As an Electrical Associate Director, you'll work closely with Architects and lead projects from inception to construction. Current projects include a variety of innovative, low carbon buildings including hotels, museums, commercial offices, mixed-use developments, and education buildings across the UK and also in Europe.

You'll use your knowledge of architecture, structural engineering, sustainability, and environmental design to ensure that the building services are fully integrated and coordinated within a building.

You'll manage the workload of the electrical team, help develop their skills, share your knowledge, and offer guidance when required.

You will prepare proposals and scopes of services, negotiate with project managers and clients to reach positive, collaborative outcomes whilst promoting low energy sustainable design solutions.

Requirements

Expert knowledge of Electrical Building Services Engineering. 10+ years' experience in a relevant role, within the built environment. Able to lead a project from start to construction, ie RIBA Stages 2 - 4. Comfortable providing support and supervision to a team of engineers. Up to date knowledge of CIBSE guidelines, British Standards and CDM regulations.
