Bournemouth Due to continued growth and exciting expansion plans, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the operational talent agenda including talent management, acquisition, and development. This will also include responsibility for growing and developing the Kemp academy, a graduate academy designed to attract, develop, mentor, and prepare individuals for “in team” working.
