Job Description Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement procurement strategies Manage supplier relationships Negotiate contracts and agreements Monitor market trends and business opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage supply Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations Deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements Produce regular reports on category performance The Successful Applicant A successful 'Category Manager' should have: Experience in procurement and category management, ideally within the Protein/ Meat industry. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Proficient in the use of procurement software and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics What's on Offer On offer to the candidate: £70,000-£80,000 (experience dependent) plus bonus, car allowance, and package.
