Job Description:
ONS require an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in Newport, Southampton & Christchurch. The Maintenance Manager will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our internal maintenance team covering Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, Mechanical / AC service streams to ensure effective operational delivery. Responsibilities:
Managing a multidiscipline maintenance team across 3 sites. Acting as the technical lead on any issues that arise. Managing subcontracted visitors. Monitoring and reporting on agreed KPIs - ensuring performance exceeds required deliverables. Embedding a culture of Health & Safety compliance across the team. Managing the internal team, including recruitment, induction, training and development. Creating cost reports for review by the client. Location: Newport, NP10 (with weekly travel to site in Fareham – 2 days on site, 1 overnight stay). Qualifications:
Experience working as a Maintenance Manager. Experience of managing an engineering team. Experience of managing client expectations. Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs. Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills. IWFM & IOSH Tech. Benefits:
