Salary:
up to £50,000 + car
Role Overview: We are seeking a Compliance Program Manager based in Warrington to oversee EHS compliance across multiple client sites. You will ensure all compliance requirements are met for our client and their supplier partners, manage risk registers, lead incident reviews, and ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage EHS compliance for our client and supplier partners. Oversee incident reviews, regulatory reporting, and corrective actions. Maintain up-to-date site documentation and compliance records. Lead fire risk assessments, legionella, asbestos management, and emergency contingency plans. Provide quality compliance oversight, vendor management, and issue resolution. Manage staffing levels, performance appraisals, and team development. Support growth opportunities for compliance services beyond the current scope.
Experience & Qualifications: Degree-level qualification or industry standard. EHS qualification (preferred). Knowledge of electrical, fire, L8 legionella, and asbestos management regulations. Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with CMMS and technical writing. Supervisory experience with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Accountabilities: Report to the Account Manager. Direct responsibility for compliance team within the contract.
