Are you a Contracts Manager looking to oversee and lead on varying air conditioning projects across the Southeast and have the opportunity to earn over £60,000 within your first year?
Our client has well over 15 years of experience within the industry and is one of the South's most respected and profitable companies. They can boast some of the area's most prestigious and long-standing commercial contracts including a newly obtained long-term project within the civil service sector.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair works of VRVs, VRFs, multi-splits, and various other HVAC systems within civil service sites across the Southeast & Southwest. Assist with quotations for new works. Manage labour and external sub-contractors. Organise call outs and much more.
