Business Development Manager who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team.
Responsibilities:
Manage orders from start to finish, working closely with our Partner Network to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee and execute all operational tasks promptly and professionally.
Enter shipments information into the corporate data base. Issue necessary documents.
Provide excellent customer service.
Identify and reach out to potential sales leads, contributing to new business development.
Acquisition of multiple new clients per month for growth & helping office to hit financial targets.
Elevating our office’s reputation through excellence in operations and customer service.
Requirements:
Strong operational skills in logistics, with a preference for experience in multi-modal (air, sea, and road) and import/export processes.
Sales experience is a plus, as this role combines both operational and sales functions.
Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a growing, ambitious environment.
Experienced PC user
Excellent communication skills.
