Company Overview:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team for significant projects within the commercial sectors in the York & Humber region. With a diverse portfolio, our client is involved in a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare, Education, and Commercial.
Salary:
£80,000 to £85,000 salary + car allowance + travel + bonus etc.
Duties: Report to a Director Attend and represent the company at on-site meetings Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery Review and approve technical submittals Coordinate and manage sub-contractors effectively Take responsibility for QA activities on electrical packages Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and progress reports for sub-contractors and clients
Requirements: SMSTS and CSCS Black Card are essential Experience working with an M&E sub-contractor is preferred Proven experience in commercial projects, with a focus on the aviation or similar sectors Prior experience as a Mechanical Project Manager Stable employment history (minimum of three years in previous roles) Strong understanding of aviation or commercial project environments
