Operations Manager
Location: Attleborough Salary: £45-50k MC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an experienced AD Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Site Manager, to join a leading organisation in the Anaerobic Digestion sector, based at their site in Attleborough. Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations Managing & developing a small multi-skilled team Implementing SOPs, maintenance schedules, etc. Ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times Environmental auditing and ensuring operations within site permits Site project improvements and upgrades Other duties as required Minimum Requirements:
Experience as a Plant Manager / Site Manager on an AD process plant / gas to grid HNC/HND or apprenticeship in engineering/process related subject WAMITAB COTC level 4 desired Experience working within the AD/Biogas sector (or similar wastewater, water treatment, CHP, etc.) Project management experience is desirable This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, expanding business within the Renewable Energy industry. The package on offer includes an attractive basic salary £45,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits.
