ASAP A Typical Day in This Role

As a Band 7 IPC Nurse, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of infection prevention across the trust. Your responsibilities will include: Developing, implementing, and evaluating infection prevention strategies and policies. Providing expert advice and support to clinical and non-clinical teams. Leading and conducting infection prevention audits and risk assessments. Delivering training and education programs on IPC practices. Utilizing Microsoft Office applications to analyze and report on infection trends. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with IPC guidelines and best practices. Acting as a resource for the organization during outbreak management and infection investigations. What We’re Looking For

Knowledge & Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in infection prevention and control is mandatory. Skills:

Strong IT proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Approach:

A commitment to patient safety and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working Hours and Duration
