For the role of Residential Child Care Worker, we are looking for a dynamic, inspiring individual to join our team. You must have a range of both professional and personal qualities. You must be self-motivated, work well in a team, and have the ability to work independently. Being open-minded and having the ability to listen and be sympathetic is crucial to this role. We are looking for someone who has the strength to cope with challenging situations. You must also be registered with or eligible to be registered with the SSSC. What We Offer:
