Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a qualified and HCPC-registered professional with experience in dementia and mental health care to join our client's team. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with members of the multi-disciplinary team, external agencies, patients, and their families. Candidate Requirements

HCPC Registration:

Must be fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Experience:

Previous experience in dementia and mental health care is preferred. Interpersonal Skills:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues, external agencies, patients, and their families. Commitment:

Demonstrated enthusiasm and dedication to working with individuals with complex mental health and dementia needs. Flexibility:

Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the service and work effectively within a dynamic team environment. Professionalism:

A strong ethical approach, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
