Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing services, including wound care, vaccinations, and routine health assessments. Undertake patient assessments and formulate personalized care plans. Work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Promote health awareness and education, encouraging preventative care and lifestyle improvements. Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and care plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current RGN qualification with active NMC registration. Previous experience in a primary care or community healthcare environment is preferred. Competence in child and adult immunizations and cervical smear tests. Experience in chronic disease management is advantageous. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Confidence in using electronic health records and clinical software.
