A secondary school located in Camden is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join our supportive team. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students to provide support in managing behaviour, fostering emotional resilience, and ensuring that every student can reach their full potential.
About You:
Behaviour Mentor with proven experience in managing challenging behaviour. Passionate about working with vulnerable young people and making a positive impact on their lives. Able to commute to Camden on a daily basis. Committed to working full-time, Monday to Friday. Ideally, Team Teach trained, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with behavioural and emotional challenges. Implement individual behaviour plans and strategies to encourage positive behaviour. Work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure students are fully supported. Monitor student progress and make adjustments to interventions as necessary. Promote a positive and inclusive school culture by encouraging respect, responsibility, and positive relationships.
