Imperial Breeze Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Worker to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of those under your care. Main Duties
Assists and enables service users to dress, undress, wash, use the toilet and bathe. Serves meals to service users at the table or in bed and assists with feeding if required. Assists with service users’ overall comfort and wellbeing. Provides interest and activities to stimulate and engage the service user. Helps with daily activities such as letter writing, paying bills, and collecting benefits. Undertakes light cleaning and domestic duties including meal preparation as required. Monitors service users’ conditions by taking temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight, and contributes to record keeping. Liaises with professional staff in carrying out care plans. Qualifications
Minimum of UK Care certificate Standard Training. NVQ2 or NVQ3 in Health and Social Care (or achieve within 12 months). Applicant should be 18 years old and have experience working in a care environment. Training in safe patient handling and movement desirable, but not essential. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures. English Language Proficiency based on UK requirement. Background checks including a CRB check. Required Documents
