Assistant Medical Secretaries

are responsible for the day-to-day management of the referral and treatment administrative processes and are responsible to the Patient Services Team Leader with regards to compliance of all aspects of the Referral to Treatment Access Policy (RTT).

Responsibilities:

Managing referrals Booking appointments Telephone queries Overseeing full utilisation of clinics General administration support to the wider team
