An Early Years Practitioner is needed at a welcoming school in High Wycombe, where a dedicated and caring team pride themselves on providing stimulating learning experiences. The school has excellent early years provision, and pupils enjoy engaging Read Write Inc phonics lessons, access to interactive play equipment, and weekly visits to the school's forest school. The school promotes well-being and staff morale through fortnightly check-ins with staff, PPA from home, and team building activities.
Requirements for the Early Years Practitioner role:
Previous experience working with foundation stage learners is essential. Cache Level 3 Childcare qualification. Must be able to commit to 5 days per week between 8.30am and 3.45pm.
