We are looking to recruit a Casual Healthy Lives Advisor to work as part of our Healthy Lives Team within Health, Wellbeing and Prevention, providing an encompassing and high-quality approach to personalised care. This key role involves delivery of health coaching, social prescribing, and behavioural lifestyle support and will have a particular focus on supporting people to stop smoking.
