Job Description:

If you have a passion for helping people reach their full potential, this job is for you! You will be part of a small team working in Brighouse, working in a school during term time and a client home during the school holidays. You will assist in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions developed by a multidisciplinary team. The focus first and foremost is on making the individual smile and enjoy their time with you! What we can offer you:

Paid training Career progression with opportunities to complete a variety of courses including Level 3- Level 5 Positive Behaviour Support qualification. Monthly support from a Senior Behaviour Analyst 6 weekly individual supervisions with a focus on well-being Yearly team weekends away This is a role where you will be delivering therapeutic interventions for which you will be highly trained. You will achieve an industry-recognised qualification within the first 6 months of employment, with a £1 per hour pay increase once completed. Free supervision for those seeking BCABA/BCBA qualifications What we ask of you:

Highly motivated to see people progress A team player Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, although a degree is preferred but if you meet all the other criteria make sure you apply! Energetic and enthusiastic Punctual Able to travel for some courses and team weekends Want to make a difference A desire to learn the most up-to-date evidence-based and compassionate methods for reducing challenging behaviour. Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday 14 or 21 hours per week term time with reduced hours during the holidays Ability to commute/relocate:
